Insurance and Cash Rates

If you choose to utilize your health insurance benefits to help lower the cost of treatment, I am in-network with:

-United Healthcare (including UMR)
-Aetna
-Multiplan
-Ambetter Marketplace.

I can also provide you with receipts so that you can seek reimbursement through other insurance carriers by using your “out of network” benefits if you are with a plan not listed here.  When utilizing insurance benefits, you simply pay your co-payment and/or deductible.  I will take care of billing your insurance company.

*Please note that I rarely (if ever) bill insurance for couples’ counseling as it typically does not meet the criteria for medical necessity.

My cash rate is $135 per session.  Each session is 55-60 minutes.

I accept cash, checks,  all major credit cards, and health savings accounts as forms of payment.
